Complete renovation of the downstairs area, including removal of a load-bearing wall to create a large open-plan kitchen and living space. Structural works included installation of an RSJ with full structural calculations and Building Control approval. The project also involved full strip-out, new plumbing and electrical installations, plastering throughout, flooring preparation, and full kitchen installation. The result is a modern, open-plan layout designed for both everyday living and entertaining.
