Complete transformation of the downstairs layout, combining four separate rooms into one large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. The project involved significant structural alterations, including the installation of four steel beams (RSJs) to safely support the new open layout, all completed with full structural calculations and Building Control approval. Works included full strip-out back to shell, reconfiguration of the internal layout, new plumbing and electrical installations throughout, full plastering, and flooring preparation. A key feature of the project is a bespoke brick slip feature wall, adding character and a high-end finish to the space. The end result is a spacious, modern open-plan living area designed for both everyday use and entertaining, with a strong visual focal point and improved flow throughout the home.
