Complete renovation of the entire property, transforming it from a dated layout into a modern, high-spec family home. Works included full strip-out back to brick, installation of two structural steel beams (RSJs) to open up key areas of the house, and a full internal reconfiguration. The kitchen was relocated to create a more practical open-plan living space. All plumbing, electrics, plastering, flooring, and internal finishes were completely renewed throughout. The finished result is a fully modernised home with improved layout, flow, and functionality.
