Complete transformation of the downstairs living space, including full strip-out of the existing kitchen, utility, and WC. The layout was improved by removing an internal stud wall to create a more open and functional space. The project included full plumbing and electrical upgrades, new kitchen and utility installation, subfloor preparation, and herringbone LVT flooring throughout. A bespoke 4.5m media wall was also constructed to create a modern focal point. The result is a clean, contemporary, and highly functional family space finished to a high standard.
